My parents kept an old self-help book from the 1930s called "You Must Relax" around as a joke because it kind of summed up the white-knuckle approach to treating anxiety back then. YOU MUST RELAX is an homage to that time and a reminder that we're trying to move forward here. This is part of my demotivational linocut series.
